Privacy notice: launch notice and early access requests
Last updated: October 9, 2026
We are Inner Room. This notice covers what we do with the details you give us when you ask to be notified of the launch and request early access at innerroom.io. You can reach us at hello@innerroom.io.
What you give us
- Your name and work email address, and your company if you choose to give it.
- Which of the three areas you need, Advisory, Investors or Board, if you choose to say.
- That you agreed to this notice, and when.
What else is recorded
To stop spam, the form counts requests from each network address. It keeps only a scrambled form of the address, one that changes every day, for up to two days. It is never stored with your request.
Cloudflare, which serves this site, also processes technical details of each visit, such as your network address, in its own logs. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. It loads nothing from other companies.
Why we use it
To tell you when Inner Room launches, to decide who to invite into early access and to write to you about it. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
We do not use your details for anything else. We do not sell them and we do not share them.
Who sees it
Only Inner Room’s founder reads the list.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare serves this site, runs the form and keeps the list in its database.
- Resend sends us one email, with no names in it, to tell us a request arrived.
- Google Workspace hosts the inbox, hello@innerroom.io, that receives that email and any message you send us.
- GitHub runs the weekly clean-up. It sees none of your details.
These companies may process data in the United States and other countries.
How long we keep it
Until you are invited or decline, and no longer than 12 months from your request. A weekly job then deletes it. If we invite you, your request becomes the start of your account setup.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you your details, correct them, delete them or stop using them, or withdraw your consent. Write to hello@innerroom.io. We will answer within 30 days. If you think we handled your details badly, you can complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
When this notice changes we update the date at the top.
